Our First Event:

The first Grapevine social event was hosted in 2022. Tim Barrett, Dennis Jackson and Angela Rakis were three of the original hosts of that event, and the goal was to introduce each other to our partner network—other people and businesses that provided services to our same target audience. All of us focus on small to medium sized businesses and sell to the CEO. Grapevine has always been a very intentional group with the goal of building our network so that we could serve our clients better.

Over the years the attendance at the Grapevine social events has grown to now include our clients who we believe would be interested in meeting some of our partners. Now the attendees include both service providers that support CEOs of small to mid sized businesses as well as CEOs, founders and leaders of those same small to medium sized businesses.

Every quarter we host an event and the hosting team personally invites everyone in attendance. We collaborate on the attendee list to be sure that we have people in the room that we sincerely respect and would recommend doing business with. We are not going for quantity—we are going for quality of individual.

Our Vision

Over the past two years our location for the events has been at Operation Stand Down and we donate and support the work that they are doing. The Grapevine Social host team is honored to work with Operation Stand Down and supporting our veterans.

The attendee list grows every quarter, and we are examining ways that we can further serve our network. There are so many quality individuals and businesses in Nashville and we are proud to be bringing everyone together.
